Navisite is looking for a Project Manager to manage across multiple complex technical projects and initiatives related to the Navisite suite of offerings and customers. The individual will be facilitating, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to complete a variety of technical project plans, tasks, and milestones and ensuring that the projects follow the governance and reporting required by the Program Office.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple sets of competing priorities
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress; manage interdependencies; and report status of progress
Facilitate and drive completion of all specific deliverables required to support project and priorities
Identify areas of risk and opportunity, manage conflicts, and collaboratively recommend creative mutually acceptable solutions
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels multiple business units

Experience:
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and capable project manager with demonstrated experience leading major projects in the IT industry. To succeed in this role, you must be well organized, technically oriented and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, generate high quality deliverables while effectively facilitating communications between teams.
Must Haves
Bachelor's Degree in MIS or similar technical discipline
>10 years' experience in leading IT Projects with demonstrated ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams
Knowledge and experience in the enterprise IT infrastructure space, along with a broad understanding of the enterprise software world
Certification in ITIL, Agile, Lean or similar IT PM Methodologies
Strategic thinker with the ability to see/understand the big picture
Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, to include MS Project (or similar PM tool) and SharePoint
Nice to Haves
Masters in MIS or MBA
Hands on experience in Data Center environments to include migrations, buildouts, and operations
Industry experience in the Cable/Telecom/Service Provider space
FP&A Experience to include Capex/Opex Forecasting and Budgeting
Experience in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Software Tools (Jira / Rally / Basecamp)
Hands on experience in managing SharePoint Environments to include workflow and reporting
