Junior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:




  • Conducts telemarketing to existing and prospective clients

  • Maintains communication with established clients and candidates to ensure successful business development and to promote client and candidate retention

  • Identifies recruiting needs and participates in the development of outside recruiting sources

  • Facilitates the hiring process, which may include shadowing Recruiters and interviewing and screening candidates

  • Guides candidates through Black Diamond Networks’ hiring process

  • Presents qualified candidates to clients

  • Maintains direct communication with candidates, clients, and team members during the recruiting process

  • Resolves candidate issues

  • Qualifies potential candidates (paper and phone screen) consistent with Black Diamond Networks’ policies, practices, and as agreed upon between recruiter and client required candidate background and experience.

  • Ensures completion of all necessary new hire documentation.

  • Assists candidates with resume development.

  • Performs reference checks

  • Maintains and builds candidate database.

  • Other duties as assigned.






Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • Four year college degree preferred

  • Entry-level Recruiting role

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
