Your Challenge:
You will act as the subject matter expert on the critical and evolving solution space of population health management. This position provides a single point of contact in population health for internal Account Executives, Philips stakeholders and customers. You will be responsible for securing new population health relationships at the C-Suite level resulting in growth in the Western Region. The Business Development Director is also responsible to drive new business model creation across market segments.
+ Subject matter expert on critical and evolving solution space of population health.
+ Transform ambiguous customer population health interest into real, commercial solutions.
+ Ability to diagnose specific customer population health management needs and develop a tailored business case around a Philips offering.
+ Fluency with new business models ? tied to outcomes with at-risk elements.
+ Ability to drive new business model creation across businesses
+ Build a funnel of population health management opportunities based on targeted segmentation
+ Drive leads into single population health BIU?s
+ Potential interface to help drive outside partnerships necessary to deliver pop health solutions (in collaboration with Business Units and North America Strategy & Business Development)
+ Significant contributor to development and delivery of Philips internal population health education and training program
+ Support selling commercial available solution while supporting co- development discussions
Your Team:
This Position will report to Sr. Vice President, Health Systems Solutions with dotted line responsibility to Zone VP in the North America market. Geography aligned with the zone. Extensive collaboration required with key internal stakeholders ? especially Senior Account Executive's, population health sellers, solutions center and business groups including product development and innovation. External call point is C-Suite primarily in IDN/ACO channel. Payer channel secondary.
Your Background:
+ Bachelor?s degree required. MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
+ Population Health Management experience and expertise is required.
+ Proven track record with C-Suite selling
+ Advanced skills required: Strategic Consultative and trusted advisor roles.
+ Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
+ Demonstrated leadership skills. An effective team player with successful track record working with senior level executives. Must embody and have demonstrated skills necessary to lead and represent Philips across functional, regional, and product lines.
+ Strong experience with and understanding spanning healthcare IT
+ Proven business acumen and judgment, with successful track record of making difficult and competent decisions.
+ Successful track record working across organizations and leading cross functional teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex scenarios with time-sensitive factors

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
