Human Resources Rotational Program

The Watts Water Technologies Rotational Program is a development program that provides recent college graduates the opportunity to gain a broad perspective on the core HR functions that are critical to Watts continued success. We attract top talent and prepare them for a successful career within HR and Watts.
The rotational program takes place over a 2 years period and involves three 8-months rotational assignments within the organization. The rotations are tailored to provide challenging and meaningful assignments, training in leadership skills, and coaching with assignment managers and mentors.
Rotational assignments within Watts Water Technologies provide:
Appropriate connections with business leaders who foster personal development through coaching and mentoring
Managers who will guide them through the day-to-day activities of the department they are based in.
Assignments that last eight months and are based on a combination of strategic objectives and specific departmental needs.
Exposure to various locations which span the Americas Region.

Potential rotation assignments may include:
Consulting as an HR partners and work with the business on topics such as organizational redesign, compensation review, and workforce planning
Partnering with other HR functions to define and implement global change
Working with or other business strategies that impact the company worldwide
Managing projects that impact employees and/or potential future employees such as mentor programs, management development, or succession planning
Writing Employee Communication materials
Exposure to our HRIS system, Workday
Desired Skills and Experience:
Genuine interest in HR processes, employment law, employee relations/communication, employee development, coaching, data analysis, social media, and recruiting is desired. Excellent interpersonal skills, former internship and work experience, and demonstrated leadership ability are all advantages.
BS or MS in Human Resources Management or related field with a GPA of 3.2 or better
Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and business comprehension
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relevant internship or work experience is a plus, but not required
Must be willing to rotate to other locations as part of this program
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task daily HR responsibilities with project work
Demonstrated strength in organization skills and coordination across multiple client groups
Ability to manage expectations of business and HR stakeholders on priorities and timelines
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Power Point and Excel

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
