Job Summary
+ This position will spend significant time in an office and training environment, however may be required to work in a production, warehouse or laboratory environment, as appropriate, and must be able to wear all required PPE.
+ NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS.
+ This position will be Monday thru Friday.
Job Description
+ Designs and develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications in support of business processes. Implements training administration processes, including records management.
+ Schedules, plans and delivers instructor-led training sessions.
+ Must possess ability to explain complex technical concepts and tasks.
+ Training role globally advances colleague and organizational performance by providing targeted learning solutions aligned with leadership strategies and goals.
+ Advises projects on training requirements, standards and processes.

Responsibilities
+ The primary responsibilities associated with this 12 month assignment are to prepare training material, deliver training, complete training session documentation, follow up with trainees on failed assessments, and schedule time to perform required skill assessments in accordance with site and cGMP policies and procedures.
+ The incumbent must be able to apply principles of adult learning theory in the design and delivery of group training at a functional and a site level in classroom, small group, or 1:1 sessions.
+ The incumbent, with guidance from the Organizational Learning team manager, will collaborate with other Organization Learning team members, as required, to deliver and maintain a high standard of training for the Andover site.
+ The incumbent also will participate on sub-teams, as appropriate, to continuously improve the training system, business processes and programs, as required.
+ Deliver training in a variety of settings and audience size (e.g., classroom, small group, and 1:1) by using presentation and facilitation skills.
+ Apply principles of instructional design and adult learning theory to the design of presentations and assessments in partnership with Organization Learning team members and functional areas, as required.
+ Participate in meetings, and manage assigned actions and deadlines, as required. Work independently while sharing project information and consults with supervisor routinely.
+ Communicate authentically to both peers and management as well as has a strong written and verbal communication skill.
+ Create and foster collaborative customer relationships by focusing on customer needs and regularly providing advice/guidance regarding potential training improvements to stakeholders.
+ Support the site Learning Management System (LMS) by adhering to site standard operating procedures and general cGMPs, as pertinent. Support the maintenance of inspection readiness status within the Organizational Learning group.
+ Familiarity and knowledge of Enterprise systems including, but not limited to site LMS, Laboratory System, Documentation System and SAP.
+ Promote adherence to the DMAIC problem solving process and leverage Human Error Reduction and Innovation tools.
QualificationsEducation
+ BS/BA Degree in related field required.
Experience
+ Minimum of 2-4 years training experience.
+ Experience in a GMP manufacturing area and/or a GMP Lab area; comfortable with presenting information. Instructional Trainers with basic laboratory and cGMP experience. Familiarity with cGMP gowning requirements and procedures.
+ Familiarity and knowledge of Enterprise systems including, but not limited to site LMS, Laboratory System, Documentation System and SAP.
+ Instructor Led Training backgrounds preferred. Would also consider individuals with teaching experience and a Science background.
Skills
+ Presentation and facilitation skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication as well as technical and organizational skills.
+ Working knowledge and understanding of enterprise business systems such as an LMS, SAP, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
