Sr. Project Manager/Solution Release Manager

Your challenge
Responsible for End-to-End managing of PCMS integrated road map projects that combine hardware, software and services into solutions that solve customer problems. From the initial start until the introduction in the market, link together multiple product and service creation projects that cross business lines in a highly-matrixed organization. The results will be delivery of solutions that show the customer we are one-Philips delivering our promise of integrated and coordinated solutions.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
?Reports to: Head of Solution and Segment Marketing, PCMS (Dual reporting organization PCMS CTO and M2O)

?Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements. Ensure effective introduction of products, technologies, systems, solution or services. Manage the scope and requirements. Manage the internal and external stakeholders in this business-group solutions role, and work closely with project managers in the business units.
?Be a business partner focused on maximization of the added value for the business. Manage projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives. Determine project risks, define corrective action and drive the projects to closure. Determine, allocate, and direct all project resources in accordance with guidelines. Keep abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external). Ensure compliance to corporate policies/rules/procedures.
?Be involved in formulating the overall project assignment and having the assignment and plan approved by management, in consultation with the relevant functions and other stakeholders/parties involved, on base of requirements and business case.
?Ensure requirements and business case are defined, completed and approved.
?Define the risks of the project (specs, costs, planning, etc.) and develops scenarios to overcome these risks.
?Be responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, money, information) and organization and for quality initiatives to ensure quality deliverables of subsystems delivered.

? Strong Project Management and Matrix Management Skills
?Technical ? engineering and IT knowledge
?Strong communicator and collaborator with demonstrated success in matrix organization
?Flexible thinker with ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
?Bachelor?s degree
?7+ years of experience in Project Management/Solutions Release Management
?Professional knowledge of project management methods
?Experience with coordination between the sub-projects (or vendor managed projects)
?Experience with Multi-site, complex project management
?Experience with Philips product development and product launch processes preferred
?Experience developing and driving agreement in business cases and customer requirements
?Budget management experience
?Experience cooperating with both technical and business functions ensuring that products release to market not only on time and on quality, but positioned for launch and ensuing business success.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
