Position Summary:
Set up and operate machinery, produce and inspect product in the Rollomatic CNC grinding cell.
Major Responsibilities of the Position:
+ Set up and operate CNC grinding machinery.
+ Inspect parts visually and dimensionally.
+ Adjust offsets and change grinding wheels to ensure parts meet specifications.
+ Clean and maintain CNC machines.
+ Work with small parts and hold tight tolerances.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Minimum (five) 5 years of experience CNC machining or eighteen (18) months experience in a Straumann apprentice program.
+ Technical/Trade school a plus.
+ Experience with CNC grinding machines a plus.
+ Experience with Swiss style CNC lathes a plus.
+ Previous medical or dental experience a plus
Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Knowledge of procedures and quality requirements.
+ Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
+ Attention to fine detail and high quality.
+ Good blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
Work Environment and Physical DemandsGeneral office environment and manufacturing environment. May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
