1593934 Sales Support Specialist The Customer Delivery or Sales Support Specialist role within HP Financial Services supports the Asset Management team. This organization is chartered to maximize the value of equipment returned at end of lease through its certified Pre-Owned and Asset Recovery Services. In this role you will support external sales representatives responsible for selling Certified Pre-Owned IT equipment to Resellers and Direct customers. Your responsibilities will include working with sales, product management and technical resources to create and send customer quotes. You will act as the focal point for escalations, interacting with sales representatives and customers to resolve complications that may occur during the sales and order fulfillment process. Main Focus: Responsible for working and reporting on all aspects for customer quote fulfillment. Work with Technical resources to obtain hardware or software configuration requirements for quotes Ensure receipt of all relevant and pertinent documentation including Master agreements, Signed quote terms and PO Maintain strong working relationships and effective lines of communication with customers and sales representatives to provide full quote lifecycle support. The ideal candidate will typically possess the following qualities: Excellence in planning and structuring of complex tasks, manage projects and follow up through completion Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization to meet or exceed stated performance expectations and commitments The Customer Delivery specialist must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and a basic understanding of the sales cycle. Qualifications: Education and Experience Required
BachelorÔ s degree in related
field or equivalent experience in a B2B sales/sales support role. At least 3 years of experience
in a business support
related function, preferably a sales support role. At least 2 years of experience in the development and presentation
of business communications to high level internal and external audiences Exhibits sound business judgment and has a solid understanding of
basic business-to-business sales concepts and fundamentals Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and strong experience in
MS Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft
Access knowledge a plus Technical
background or experience with hardware or software configuration requirements
including but not limited to; module slot locations, node naming, convention,
server rack locations, custom administration setup, cable labeling) Job: Services


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
