Please Note: This position may be filled at either of the posted levels. The Manager will determine the level based upon the selected applicant?s skillset relative to the qualifications listed for this position.

(Preferred location is Mason,Ohio or Thousand Oaks,California or Iselin,New Jersey), however other locations may be considered.
Responsible for assisting in the development of Medicare Part-D bids, pricing and financial forecasting.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Implements new processes, process improvements, and best practices related to Medicare Part-D bid optimization, competitive intelligence, and CMS Plan-finder evaluations.
Monitors Plan-finder to ensure Anthem?s submissions are competitive and optimized according to Anthem?s strategic goals, and take action to remedy if it is not.
Collaborates with other departments as subject matter expert on Medicare Part-D pharmacy pricing.
Supports multiple internal levels of management in the analysis and evaluation of initiatives, projects, and issues.
Tracks and prioritizes projects through coordination and negotiation with internal clients.
Requires a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or related field.
3 years (Analyst Sr level) or 5 years (Mgr level) experience with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), pricing, data analysis; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred.
Medicare experience is preferred.
Intermediate level of Excel is required.
Experience with SAS and/or SQL is preferred.
Requires a candidate with pharmacy or healthcare industry experience
MBA preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
