This position is responsible for definition and development of business requirements for new systems and modifications to existing system of medium to high complexity. The individual is also responsible for testing new functionality as well as regression of existing functionality. The Business Systems Consultant participates in projects requiring applied knowledge of systems to translate business needs into functional requirements, develops specifications and business requirements documents, participates in the development and review of acceptance test plans and coordinates issue resolution with application developers.
The successful candidate will effectively collaborate with the client's ISD partner leaders during the discovery phase of product development projects in order to set the stage for further technical elaboration and construction. The candidate will be expected to understand the current business workflow, enterprise solution and how they are part of an integrated solution. Working as part of the overall CRM team the candidate must be able to vet out enhancements and new product ideas with business partners to expand the depth and breadth of Salesforce CRM and Platform functionality. The candidate will demonstrate effective listening skills by asking questions to gain further specification/understanding.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities: % Time
Create functional designs and review technical designs. 20%
Research and obtain answers to detailed construction questions and develop unit test plans. 20%
Define detailed workflow, data and system processing requirements for bug fixes and enhancements based on user requirement reviews. Obtain approval from business partners 20%
Collaborate with business partners on end user training and implementation. 10%
Provide user support for applications that are in production. 10%
Execute unit and system test and review results with Team Leader and business partners. 10%
Participate in conceptual design. 10%
The candidate will be expected to help develop and understand the product roadmap as well as develop a high-level understanding of the technology infrastructure. The candidate will be passionate about CRM, Web, Mobile, Sales and Marketing applications and remain updated on the latest product functionality as well as best practices. While vetting out solution ideas with CRM staff members, the candidate will be expected to engage appropriate technology partners to consult and ensure that new product ideas are consistent with both the product roadmap and the technology infrastructure.
Effective time management, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking are essential abilities.
This position has business interaction and responsibilities that include: Ability to express and exchange ideas by means of spoken word. Providing insight into Salesforce product usage, functionality and capabilities. Input into estimating systems costs and ROI. Proactively seek to improve day-to-day efficiency and automate activities wherever possible
Competencies
Business / Technology Know-How
The candidate will be trained on the Salesforce platform, existing knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
Experience with the following:
Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and open to training on Salesforce platform
Preferred experience with Conga Composer and other Salesforce Application Exchange Products
Preferred experience working with relational databases and analytic tools.
Preferred background implementing / optimizing Salesforce across multiple organizations
Strong system development lifecycle experience is a plus
Proven ability to define and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Financial Services / Retail Brokerage, Call Center experience is a plus

Education
B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
