We assist software and technology services clients and candidates in the New England region.
We are entering our 3rd full year of business and after experiencing 40% growth in 2014 compared to 2013 - we need to hire an experienced recruiter to help us continue to build our business. The market is extremely hot - and we simply can't keep up with the exclusive job openings we are getting from our clients.

Successful recruiting track record is non-negotiable for this hire - perm or contract.
Direct recruiting - building your database (or a portion of) from scratch
Upbeat, positive, "can do" attitude
A strong track record of achievements in your professional and/or personal experiences

Excellent research, communication and organizational skills
Genuine interest in the recruiting/staffing field
Very detail oriented

Experience with Bullhorn is a plus
Day to day responsibilities
Consult daily with the sales team on current openings and effectively manage your daily plan
Build and manage a database of candidates (and eventually clients for someone interested in a full desk role)
Identify, qualify and represent top performing sales professionals for our clients - sourcing from multiple mediums: Our database, Linkedin, Facebook, Networking and Referrals
Become a "trusted advisor" to your candidate base on their career progression
"Wow" our clients with the best available sales talent out there!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
