The Assistant Residence Director works with the Residence Director in supervising direct support staff. They are part of a professional team responsible for assisting people with developmental disabilities to live a safe, enjoyable life in their community with opportunities to learn and to exercise increasing independence and control over their lives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license required.

5108- Methuen- Hours: Sunday 9a-5p, Monday thru Wednesday 3p-11p, Thursday 2p-9p. Staff meeting e/o Monday 12p-2p.
4827- Andover- Hours: Sunday 9a-5p, Monday - Thursday 3p-11p. Staff mtg. twice a month 12p-2p
5441- Danvers- Hours:Tuesday thru Friday 1p-9p, Saturday 9a-3p. 2hr Staff meeting e/o week.
5529- Peabody- Hours: Monday through Thursday 2:30p-11p, Sunday 9a-5p. Also, 2hr staff meeting e/o week.
5501-Roslindale- Hours:Tues/ Wed / Thurs 2p-10p, Fri & Sat 4p-11p. 2hr Staff meeting e/o Friday.
4749-Saugus- Hours: Sunday 3p-11p, Monday 5p-11p, Tuesday 9a-5p, Wednesday 9a-5p, Thursday 9a-5p.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
