Order Administration & Fulfillment Coordinator

Casa Systems, Inc. seeks to hire an Order Administration and Fulfillment Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that customer sales order and RMA order requests are processed in accordance within company best practices and achieve customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order entry and review.
Interface with Sales and Support to understand all order details and requirements and resolve all issues identified in review.
Create and track Sales Orders and RMA Orders to completion and fulfillment of Customer requirements.
Ensure on time delivery of all customer Sales Orders and RMA Orders.
Ensure that required information and material is supplied to the production floor, local or remote, to meet the Order requirements.
Expedite and prioritize order fulfillment and coordinate production and shipping activities with daily meetings.
Interface with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, sales, support, and accounting personnel on order status and planning issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent.
3-5 years related experience in Order Administration.
Experience with order entry, planning, scheduling, expediting, MRP/ ERP systems, and quality/continuous improvement initiatives.
Must be analytical and embrace technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well with others
Be self-directed and motivated.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
Proficient PC-based computer skills in MS Office applications required.
Prior experience working in a fast moving, evolving, growing technical culture and organization.
Manage multiple conflicting priorities.
Ability to understand issues domestically and internationally and communicate effectively.
Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
Must be organized and able to multi-task with a strong sense of detail.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
