PROJECT MANAGER FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The Project Manager for Professional Services role serves as an individual contributor and the primary interface between various global teams and supplier/partners involving the ownership and accountability to execute agreed project schedules and quality commitments with pertinent parties. This role is also responsible for reporting project status, issues and risks, following and enforcing procedures, managing resources, supporting programs post launch, and being able to handle special requests from all levels of management.
LOCATION: Headquarters Andover, MA (ideally)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced organization.
Deliver projects on time/cost/meet customer expectations.
Manage risk with pro-active schedule management and risk mitigation to meet project launch commitments.
Track commitments by Company personnel, sub-contractors, other project contractors, and customers that affect the success of the Company.
Generate and document timely commitment reminders to those who must meet the commitments and solicits documented responses.
Utilize MS Project and budget related tools.
Gather, confirm and use the proper Project Engineering documents, drawings, etc. related to assigned projects.
Review and gain approval of working budgets and time lines for all projects.
Review and gain approval of all Engineering / Purchasing requisitions.
Guide the Project Team/s in the proper activation, testing and completion of assigned tasks.
Review the quality of work on all projects and take corrective action, as appropriate.
May submit, review and approve monthly project invoicing and accruals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BSCS/EE degree or equivalent; post-graduate degree a plus.
6+ years Project Management experience executing product deployment projects involving CMTS, video equipment or related telecommunications equipment/devices is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Organized and detail oriented.
Able and willing to travel, as required.
Valid drivers License with good driving record.
Self-motivated, self-starter and able to problem solve.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team leader abilities.
Excellent computer skills; MS Office including Project.
Good understanding of sales and operations planning, product planning, portfolio management, product development and manufacturing strategies of product life cycles, including supply chain operations and financial modeling.
Able to take calculated risks in the face of uncertainty and have excellent project management skills.
PMP certification with critical chain management preferred.

Results Orientation: This will be demonstrated by the success achieved in managing a Customer/MSO roadmap, financials and schedule in obtaining the expected performance targets. In particular, the company is interested in candidates with a successful track record of collaborating with both the Customer/MSO as well as key internal stakeholders, understanding the tradeoffs between Customer/MSO and Casa Systems priorities.
Collaboration & Influencing: Given that the role entails driving alignment across multiple functional units in an organizational setting that thrives on innovation and change, the ideal candidate would have demonstrated a willingness to drive a challenging change agenda while building / maintaining credible relationships with key stakeholders and meeting performance requirements. This requires a track record of quickly building trust through mastery of detail, creating open channels of communication and creating impact without direct authority. The candidate would have also shown that his / her interpersonal and communications skills are effective across the full range of audiences, from the executive committee to junior employees, from individual interaction to very large groups, and from creative to highly analytical discussions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
