The successful candidate will be responsible for the general coordination and management of patient services offered by the company.
Key
Responsibilities:
Use our database management software for order processing, scheduling tests, monitor tracking, handling account questions, and other general office duties.
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and update patient information in the electronic medical records system.
Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
