We're looking for an innovative Software Engineering Manager that knows the tricks of the trade to develop high quality software.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work on cutting-edge technology projects that will define the companies future as they kick off the the next generation of products.
Responsibilities:
3 years
hands-on managing software development teams.

7 years of experience in low-level embedded disciplines Hands on experience with c/c+
Basic understanding of networking and cyber securityManages the resolution of software related issues on assigned programs.
Manage software development life cycle from product definition through release.
Manages the resolution of software related issues on assigned programs.
Mentor and motivate individual technical contributors and software managers including career management support to team through coaching, technical mentoring and trainingWorks to create a collaborative engineering environment with engineering teams and cross functional teams Be accountable for and share responsibility with peer managers on the overall success of software developed products as assigned by the director of software.
Ideal Candidate would have a background in embedded systems as a developer and then as a manager.
Regulated industry experience (medical specifically is a huge plus).
Experience leveraging development methods like SCRUM, although we are not a 100% Agile software development house (we take the good parts) Our tools are JIRA / GIT / Visual Studio etc.
