This position requires the candidate to be Spanish Speaking.
Processes and obtains all insurance authorizations and referrals to ensure reimbursement for all services rendered.
Manage communication and inquiries from referral sources, clinicians, and patients, insurance representatives/case managers regarding insurance coverage, benefits, and authorizations.
Communicating excellent bilingual skills for patients, professional and ancillary departments as needed.
The ideal candidate will be caring, compassionate and be able to put the patients at ease using their excellent communication skills.
Monday through Friday starting at 7:
45am.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Medical Office Front Desk Work required.
HS Diploma or GED required.
Bilingual English/Spanish Required.
COVID-19 Vaccination required.
