Responsibilities:
Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and groomingServe meals and make sure residents get the right nutrition, following dietary guidelines and preferencesManage laundry efficiently to keep things clean and comfortable for residentsAddress residents' needs quickly and with empathy, showing attentive careWork with other care professionals to keep the care team effectiveWrite down observations and updates on residents' conditions to keep accurate recordsFollow safety rules and infection control measures to keep residents healthyTake part in training and education to keep improving caregiving skills
Qualifications:
