Our team is looking for an Assembler IV to perform a variety of precision electromechanical assembly operations on subassemblies utilized in six different instrument types.
Assembles, disassembles, repairs, connects and solders wires and connectors according to assembly instructions and engineering specifications and sketches when required.
Responsibilities:
Perform general assembly on subassemblies utilizing appropriate assembly procedures Test subassemblies in electronic test fixtures Soldering wires, PCBs, and subassemblies Learn and perform basic troubleshooting protocols and rework for non-conforming units Ability to be flexible and handle priority changes as they occur Meet expected daily production requirements Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
5
years' experience assembling electromechanical devices and subassemblies High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in the use of hand tools including soldering equipment, screwdrivers, wrenches, and heat guns IPC-A-610 and JSTD-001 certified Thorough understanding of workmanship standards and quality control procedures including compliance for ESD Experience operating in a lean manufacturing environment Ability to work in a clean, contaminant free environment utilizing gloves during assembly operations Comfortable with use of Microsoft Office Suite

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
