10 hours per week.
This is an Independent Contractor/ 1099 position.
You will be an integral part of our team developing and executing marketing plans.
This is not a work from home position and you would be required to work in our office.
We are located in the heart of downtown Andover in a beautifully, newly renovated office and prefer someone with familiarity of The Andovers as this is our primary market.
We provide high end, very customized marketing to our clients so we are seeking someone with creativity, superior writing skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and think out of the box.
We are an upbeat team and seek the same happy attitude with a can do spirit.
Prior real estate knowledge would be great but not necessary if you are a quick learner.
Job requirements are knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft office suite proficiency and ability to multitask.
Skilled in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content.
Social media skills required.
Proper English, grammar and spelling skills also required.
Work days and hours can be worked out as there is some flexibility.
This is an hourly position and salary is commensurate with experience.
(2) 5 hr days per week preferred or 3 days totaling 10 ish hours per week.
