2K a year Medical Office Call Center Manage Mobility Bone & Joint is a busy 27 provider multi-specialty medical group with offices in Andover, MA, Haverhill, MA and Salem, NH.
We are looking for an experienced Medical Call Center Manager to manage our phones and front-end team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
Attention to detail a must, ability to follow through, multi-task and work as a team player essential.
Medical office experience is required.
This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday, 8am - 4:
30pm.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center and front-end team Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement Train and coach call center representatives Handle escalated patient issues in a professional manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Medical Call Center Manager or similar medical office role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and lead a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
