The purpose of this position is to assist the Marketing team in the concepting, execution, monitoring and reporting of social media advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation of social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
Monitor campaigns and adjust as necessary to meet campaign objectives.
Create and distribute analytics reports to chart progress against campaign goals.
Think 'beyond' the data:
mine insights from analytics to inform future activity.
Continually research platform best practices and effective digital marketing strategies.
Brainstorm new creative concepts and strategies to implement in campaigns.
Work with Marketing team to translate business goals and objectives into effective social ad campaigns.
Collaborate with Creative team to produce assets for campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, social media management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms and executing paid social campaigns.
Demonstrated expertise creating, implementing and reporting on the success of social media marketing campaigns with Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Experienced with building informative, digestible reports for stakeholders of various levels within an organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel.
A mindset that balances creativity and critical thinking.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with managing ad campaigns on Pinterest and TikTok.
Experience working with social media management or campaign management tools.
Experience working with Google Analytics.
