Preferred Candidates would be four-year degreed with experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional office environment.
Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and staff.
Responsibilities include:
Assist engineers with project deliverables such as specifications and other documents; procurement of supplies/goods for office use; organize lunch & learn meetings; filing and organizing office; assist with travel arrangements & other special projects as needed.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Software Required.
