S/ $40 per hour - As a Member Experience Operations Contractor you'll:
Work directly with members via email and phone to provide support, specifically as it relates to the Core experience; Attend member Core meetings on an as needed basis to communicate updates; Respond to members in a timely manner (AFRT below 24 hours); Report on findings and trends to improve current Core health processes; Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chief's services, specifically Core; Project manage member escalations, including copy creation or editing, and offering recommendations to resolve member issuesHiring Fast >> Recommended Skills Sales Selling Techniques Retail Sales Demos Retailing Client Rapport Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
