) Working Collaboratively with clinical staff, administrative staff, and billing team Interacting with clients and ensuring all of their needs are met and they feel supported Answering basic questions for both the patients and the staff Working with the billing team to answer questions and provide clarifying information Assessing the need for office policies and procedures in order to make things run more efficiently
