We are seeking a highly motivated Storage Systems Software Engineer with Linux and C/C+
development experience to join our R&D team for next-generation HPE Storage platforms.
We are looking for talented software engineers with strong programming experience.
The suitable candidate will be part of a focused, agile team to deliver mission-critical enterprise storage infrastructure software along an aggressive technology roadmap.
In a typical day as a System Software Engineer in our team, you would:
Contribute to design, development of new product features, bug fixes and enhancement requests per product requirements and schedules.
Write code and complete programming by using current programming languages and technologies.
Perform testing and debugging of system level libraries.
Interact with senior developers to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
Executes and writes portions of testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs issues with code and suggests changes or improvements.
Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem.
If you are:
Fluent in C+
programming language in Unix environment Knowledge in using unix shell and system commands Familiar with networking, general system architecture, and object oriented design Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen.
