Staff Layout Engineer, Custom-Mixed Signal ASIC
We are currently seeking a Staff Layout Engineer with Custom-Mixed Signal ASIC experience to join our dynamic and experienced team with technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.

Lead/co-lead Chip assembly and tape out activities Perform full-custom/semi-custom/automated layout activities Perform all physical verification activities such as DRC, LVS, ERC, etc.
Perform extraction activities Perform documentation activities such as signoff checklist, archiving databases, etc.
Work with outside groups such as Packaging, Design, Test, etc.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

years of Analog Mixed-Signal Custom Layout across many different processes Has a proven record of 1st-time right silicon tapeouts Routinely performs layout with all industry-understood best practices such as matching, shielding, dummies, fills, isolations, etc.
Works well with team members and Communicates clearly with team members Experienced in full responsibility of entire chip layout, as well asblock level layout.
Experienced in execution and debugging for DRC/LVS/ERC verification at both block level and SoC level Experienced in Cadence Virtuoso, Assura, and Calibre Thorough understanding of PDKs, PCELLS, and layers Experienced in properly reading and interpreting Design Rule Manuals.
Experienced in Import/Exporting of GDS databases Experienced in executing Skill scripts Experienced in bond out and package-related influences on the layout.
Experienced in power domain distribution Experienced in floorplanning and area estimation Experienced in 3rd party IP layout integration Self-Disciplined, Self-MotivatedInfineon Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) semiconductors play a vital role in enabling intelligent power management, smart sensitivity as well as fast and reliable data processing in an increasingly digitalized world.
