Segreve & Hall has been serving the Merrimack Valley and Greater Boston areas for other 32 years.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and policy changes Educate customers on available insurance products and services, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs.
Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with insurance industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products to existing customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Insurance experience a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to Multi-task.
