00 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The client service representative is the first point of contact for the Outpatient Rehabilitation Department and is responsible for setting a professional, courteous, and compassionate tone to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting/welcoming and checking in patients by face to face encounters and through answering phones Patient pre-registration and registration through hospital and department EMR Obtaining and accurately entering all personal, financial, and insurance data Booking/scheduling new evaluations and reoccurring/follow up visits for physical, occupational and/or speech therapy Verifying patient insurance and co-payments; copay collection Will also be able to answer questions regarding therapy services available and routes calls to the appropriate staff member as needed Required:
high school diploma or equivalent, computer knowledge Preferred:
health care experience, bilingual English/Spanish Schedule is days but requires 2 evenings until 6:
30pm.
