Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Prepare requests for proposals Perform periodic property inspections for reporting requirements Produce a monthly action list Approve invoices Work closely with the Board of Trustees and committee members Understanding of association governing documents Candidate must be extremely organized & have the ability to handle multiple tasks Assist with preparation and presentation of budgets Coordinate and attend Board meetings Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills Produce Management reports and prepare agendas for Board Meetings Requirements, including but not limited to:
Prefer CMCA designation Possess excellent communication skill combined with a thoroughly professional presentation Strong customer service orientation A team player with good business skills Someone who is self-motivated and who will go the extra mile for our company and our clients Possess an ability to read and understand a financial report 4
years of condominium management experience required Benefit Conditions:
