Responsibilities include:
Maintaining occupancy Marketing Enforcement of leases Overseeing the property staff in order to meet the financial and operational goals Qualifications At least 2 to 3 years of property management experience managing Class A assets Previous, successful property management experience with an emphasis on leadership and managing a team, marketing, sales activities and customer service is required Computer proficiency including MS Office; experience with OneSite, Ops, Entrata and YieldStar is preferred Understands the financial and accounting principles with working knowledge of budgets Knowledge of relevant local, state and federal legislation and regulations Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule Excellent communication skills and strong professionalism Exceptional customer service and marketing skills Job Type:
