Job Description:
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to guests of the hotel.
This includes greeting guests, checking them in and out of the hotel, answering questions and providing information about the hotel and the local area, and handling any complaints or problems that guests may have.
The Guest Service Agent must be able to work quickly and calmly under pressure, and be able to handle difficult or challenging situations with professionalism and grace.
This role reports to the Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
-Check guests in and out of hotel -Provide excellent customer service -Perform a variety of clerical duties -Prepare reports - Resolve customer inquiries and issues
Qualifications:
