Perform field installation, equipment and application testing, and operator training Respond to on-site service calls, perform equipment repairs, application testing, and training Provide technical phone support to our customers through call tracking database Troubleshoot equipment problems, collect service data, and support projects as assigned Assist with equipment demonstrations and application testing Support national and regional equipment shows Manage technical details associated with each assignment Follow-up and work to resolve installations and manufacturing issues.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years field service equipment repair Two year technical degree or equivalent experience Willing and able to travel primarily national and occasionally international locations Electrical/Mechanical skill sets:
multi-meter usage and reading electrical schematics Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
Up to $65,000.
