In this role you will own and ensure an optimal client experience as it relates to all aspects of proxy services for clients in the financial services industry. This leader enables, supports, and leads the business by providing oversight, mentoring, and guidance to a staff responsible for project management, operational, and production activities for a wide range of projects of varying complexity and requirements. Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for a team of associates, developing, coaching, mentoring and retaining high performance staff, enabling and empowering team to improve upon service model, exceed client expectations, and drive results. Maintains and develops relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, attending industry events and maintaining expert knowledge on developments and initiatives in the financial services industry impacting mutual fund proxy. Establishing clearly defined goals and objectives for the team in support of the strategy and vision of Broadridge. Develops and maintains productivity, quality, and client service metrics and strategies. Oversight of complex, high profile campaigns, participating in client and internal meetings to provide guidance and support to staff. Identify, create, and maintain procedural documentation, routinely review procedures, collaborating with departmental leaders, to ensure quality, audit, and service excellence metrics are followed for minimal Broadridge exposure and risk on projects. Collaborates effectively to identify creative alternatives to project challenges, leads subject matter experts to resolve challenges, removing obstacles and impediments to ensure business and operational objectives are met. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Extensive project management experience or PMP certification Five to seven years of mutual fund industry and/or insurance product knowledge Skills/Competencies:
Solid and extensive written and oral communication skills Excellent presentation skills Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Highly organized with ability to meet tight and competing deadlines Detail oriented with ability to multi-task Able to conceptualize innovative and creative approaches to project challenges Location for this position can be flexible.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
