Restaurant Greeter/ Host Overview:
As a Restaurant Greeter, you would be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests in a warm, friendly and efficient manner.
You will seat guests as they arrive at the restaurant, providing a positive start to their overall dining experience.
During your shift you may also be responsible for assisting the restaurant servers with table maintenance.
This includes assisting with running food to the guests and clearing and resetting tables between seatings.
It is important that our team works in a timely, and efficient manner to coincide with the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome and connects with every customer.
Control the flow of the restaurant, seating guests in stations rotation while maintaining reservation systems.
Assist in drink orders, delivering food and clearing/cleaning tables as needed.
Assisting in the set up and clean up of the restaurant at opening and closing.
Handle reservation book, take incoming calls, note reservations and special requests by guests.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or hotel functions and services Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Ensure guests are satisfied with the service.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Job Requirements:
