- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Experience:
- Previous experience supporting financial advisors or - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently.
They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong computer literacy is essential for this role.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
